Yep.

2 minutes ago thunder and lightning from a heavy hail shower. Has apparently been trying to snow all day and snow reported in Bridlington also. More showers to come as well.

Have been out and about in Yorks and N Notts today, really strong gusty winds, dust blizzards, heavy rain, hail and snow. Oh, the sun shone as well.

Max 10.7, now 4.0 DP -3.1.

Second band has gone through, brief torrential hail followed by snow.

Although it looked pretty good on the radar, the wind really got up and pushed them through very quickly, so a bit disappointing.

Amazing how low some of the dewpoints are already. Here they have been above 3C all day, and even now the dewpoint is 3C!

It has been absolutely freezing here today, with a strong to gale force wind all day. We didn't have much rain which was a shame as the ground is already really dry but was sunny non the less. I am really looking forward to a bit of spring warmth now.
