A very close lightning strike while the team were sheltering under a hotel foyer in Childress, Texas :p

Turn the Volume up high for a better experience...

well done Ross................I remember I was led on the floor when that went off.

was like a loud shotgun...........Must of been across the road as the thunder was straight after the lightning

It had to be within feet of you !! as i have always spouted on about a super close Lightning strike you will not really hear the thunder as the Shockwave goes away from you "the point of origin" its just BANG!!!! even a hundred yards you will hear Shotgun thunder but it longer, that you have there is a super close strike !
