Started off a nice day but like the past few days cloud comes rolling in and then the day is cloudy with a few heavy showers. The ground round here is saturated due to the amount of rain especially due to sunday evenings downpour.

Wow we just had a massive shower which left all the surfaces white with marble sized hail stones! current temp is 12c although it drope down to 8c in the middle of that storm

I saw an amazing sight on the way back from work today - an upside rainbow

It was only about a third 'formed' but the colours were inverted which is what drew my attention. If i hadnt have been driving at the time i'd have taken a photo. Reading up about it its a very rare phenomenon in the UK
