After a warm night, minimum 16.6c, a cloudy start with outbreaks of mainly light rain, though with a few moderate bursts. The morning continued overcast, muggy and damp. The early afternoon saw brighter fresher conditions spread in with sunny spells with the temperature reaching 21.6c. Maximum wind gust, 20mph WSW.

Dry, mostly sunny, about 2 - 3 oktas cumulus cloud and warm.

In fact a continuation of the mostly fine and quite warm, (humid at times e.g. yesterday!) weather down here for the past week, much better than July here anyway because the last 7 days have had maximums above 20C, with the lowest of the last 6 being 21.8C both on the 8th and the 10th.

However of the 25 days from the 7th - 31st July there were only 5 days with a max above 20C and just 2 days with a max over 21C.

Also of course a lot less rain than in most of July with no completely wet days recently, however it hasn't been perfectly sunny all the time with quite a bit of cloud yesterday and on one or two other days.
