Quick thread about BBC Scotland's Judith - she is such a star:

So professional, so passionate.

Anyone else have a view?!

 we always thought that when she started 18 months ago, right at the same time as the US elections.

She's certainly got a nice style of forecasting, best at BBC Scotland at the moment. Although that's not saying much.

Maybe he'd be better at forecasting the weather...sorry to say this but the BBC Scotland forecasts have been really poor recently, continuing their poor form since about late December last year. We have been forecast for precip in a 24 hour forward forecast many times which then hasn't materialised.

This was widely discussed in the regional thread in winter and it is as true now as it was then.

In the pretty stakes I agree Pit, but our Judith has something of the dominatrix about her - "And here comes the naughty rain..." :good:

I watched her a lot during the winter. I don't remember her once reporting a temperature above -10c at night in her forecast from late December onwards. She's probably the best local forecaster on TV.
