A typical "showery" day near South Shields.

Cloudy, dry, with Cb cells staying out inland, and wave clouds over the coast. Also very windy.

After a sunny and cold start showers are building rapidly all over my viewing area. Some downpours visible mixed with sunny areas. Temp 9c.

I'm quite surprised at how nice today has turned out so far.

A few cumulus clouds floating around, one or two Cnb clouds in the far distance (which don't look threatening for this area) with lot's of sunshine.

After a cold start with a ground frost (Min. 1.4 deg C) it's fresh and still feelin quite chilly out of the sun, @ 9.0 deg C in a West to Southwesterly.

Well Essex snow,the big one is just afew miles away now,there painfully slow moving,as I've been wacthing them for 1 1/2 hours now.

There was a lot of mamma about,started spitting.I just hope it dosen't start dying out on me,but the sky is pretty dark to my south/south west.

Gorgeous afternoon - the Cnb clouds dissipated, the cumulus clouds thinned and broke into cirrus, and now what's left of the cirrus is melting - almost clear skies here, with bright sunshine..

Breezy West or Southwesterly at times, warm in the sunshine. A shade temperature of 11.2 deg C.

Partially cloudy and sunny start not far off a ground frost first thing but just escaped by a hairs width. turning mainly cloudy sunny with a few very light showers around lunch time. Looks quiite nice out but not very warm still needs your combinations on.
