Absolutely vile weather here today. The temperature is fine at 25.5C after a max of 27.6C, but the dewpoint is 20.2C - the highest Ive ever recorded.

Apart from that its a lovely sunny day and the warmest in June since 2006, but the humidity is 71%.

Not sure why people are commenting on the high humidity with values around 50%-60%, many days recently it's been at around

80%-90% on the showery and rainy days - and more especially on drizzly warm sector mornings!

Sunny day with patchy cloud until around 4ish but since then the cloud has thicken and we've lost the sunshine but nonetheless a decent summers day with temps in the mid-twenties and feeling fairly humid but nothing uncomfortable. Infact, as the temps drop off slowly tonight, I think it will feel even more humid as the dewpoint will probably remain more or less the same, hopefully I will be able to get to sleep comfortably!

After a sunny start altocumulus spread up from the south after 9am and it was fairly cloudy until 11am, after that though sunny spells and fair weather cloud with a high of 26.3c making it the warmest day since 23rd May last year.

Currently sunny with a nice breeze and 25c.

Not sure max temp but probably about 22 degrees - nothing exceptional. We have been stuck under a veil of cloud all day with tentative glimmers of sunshine from time to time lasting a minute or so at best - so despite the warmth it has been dissapointingly dull. No shower activity here as yet - all the action appears to be over the Pennines.

Tomorrow could deliver some sunshine with similiar temps.

Good to see you enjoy the weather for once, i think you have a better chance of thunderstorms tomorrow than me in mid warwickshire, though the risk for even you is still open to question, could easily miss them too and they will be very localised and not that severe.

A max of 26C today after a very cool start because of a lot of sea mist.. From 2:00am though the temp rose rapidly to a peak of 25.9C. Still at 20.5C with a high humidity of 70C. Phew, it is really going to be difficult to sleep tonight with a temperature of 26C indoors despite having all the windows wide open. For the coast here this is unusually high temperatures considering last week it was often a max of 16C.
