Staying dry overnight with variable cloud. A bright start with sunny spells, but a sheet of Stratocumulus spread in from the north west around 06:30 GMT. The cloud began to break close to observation allowing further sunny spells. Good spells of sunshine developed through the morning. The afternoon saw unbroken sunshine from a clear blue sky. Feeling very pleasant, top 21.9c.

Dry and mostly cloudy in Cleadon, although it hasn't been the usual grey sheet of stratocumulus- there have been some interesting and varied cloud formations out there today. The sun put in two very brief appearances this morning.

Following a minimum of 10.6C it got up to a maximum of 17.2C, so still rather on the cool side due to that north to north-easterly airflow.

After a gorgeous warm and sunny morning cloud amounts gradually increased through the afternoon, currently overcast and 17c after a high of 21c.

If you transpose yesterdays and todays forecasts then they were right! Much better today than yesterday with stratocumuous minimal until 4.00 pm. Burnham-on-Sea looked lovely - which is rare.

Sky virtually covered for a couple of hours with a few spots of rain even at 6.00 pm but broken again now and rather pleasant.

Quite similar to TWS although it appears I been more lucky regarding the breaks in the clouds as it was one of those days where it was bright and the sun was out at times if albeit at no real great lengths. The cloud was fairly thin today so it was more in the way of bright rather than dull.

A bright day rather than sunny one with lots of thin level cloud blocking the bright sunshine - however, it still made for a very good day. Temps warmer than the weekend peaking at close to 22 degrees which is slightly above average for here.

Skies did clear this evening bringing another lovely sunset, the air has that deep mid summer feel to it.
