Rain at lunchtime for about an hour but quite dry apart from that. Sun appeared late afternoon - some heavy cloud around but still a better day than forecast - again it felt warmer than the high teens. Heavy shower currently to the north looking rather thundery but no flashes as yet.

A grey morning, then some showery rain spread in during the afternoon but, surprisingly, so did some sunny intervals. Max temperature 21.1C during the first of the sunny intervals, at around 1:10pm.
