the ensembles from the 17th show below average temperatures to the end of the run

looks like autumn is here

some precipitation from the 17th

but more noticeable from 21st onwards

Morning all. A cloudy(ish) breezy start to the day here.

Had the same excellent sunset as others have reported yesterday evening (I was near Maldon, Essex) Pity I had no camera either (apart from the pointless one on my phone)

Nice early finish for me today I should be done by 5:30pm then 3 days off good.gif

Nothing very exciting planned except for the arrival of my new fridge freezer tomorrow.....

...it's another big american one like we have now which was here when we moved in, we have just been looking at the best route to get the new one in and the old one out and have decided to get them to bring it round the tradesmen's entrance and then in through the conservatory which has double doors, other than that Mr D will have to take an internal door off it's hinges or remove the breakfast bar in the kitchen...

...I seriously wonder if the house wasn't built around the one that is here now rolleyes.gif

If anyone picked up The Sun newspaper this morning you will see an article about a 19 year old proposing in a very unusual way. That guy is one of my friends and I couldn't congratulate him any more. He's been featured on the local news as well as 5 different newspapers.

Evening all, lovely weather day apart from the drizzle of the morning, but the afternoon and evening have made up for it with warm sunshine and blue skies. Another fine sunset to take me into the weekend - just have to stop feeling ill now :(
