Any snow monday

Hard to tell at the moment. Marginality comes into it after tommorow. Ironically a lot depends on the exact track of the low tommorow as we might drag in some slightly less cold air in its wake.

dont really trust these maps though, always has pink over pretty much the whole UK. Not very realistic.

Got quite a thaw going on in Bexleyheath today - the whopping 1cm of snow accumulated yesterday is well and truly melting.

I want to build my hopes up about tomorrows prospects, but I dunno - got a feeling it might be marginal - at least until after dark.

It is the data that you need to look at - the temps, dewpoints etc. Taking those into account I don't think anywhere is marginal tomorrow, probably not even windwards coasts to the east with the very cold surface air and low dewpoints (much as yesterday). Monday and thereafter it becomes a different story

Two locations I see on here often make me wonder how they are pronounced: Lyminge and Meopham, anyone able to enlighten me?

Those in areas w & sw London concerned that that you may be too far west to see the snow tomorrow here is my thinking.

First off do not worry as its very fine lines and any corrections west will mean that those west of london will fair better than those in the east.

Those further west of the following may miss out this time however is all subject to change & probally will :

From a line north south ~

Hemel Hempstead

Stains

Guildford

Chichester

The rule atm stands the further east you go the better the outcome & that corrections further west is as likely as things staying as they are showing currently.

All up for grabs.
