Still clinging onto our little strip of snow that extends down to London, judging by the rain radar. Done so much better from this than expected, over here in the 'west side' ;-)

Started at 9, probably 7-8 cm, perhaps more than Friday.

still snizzle but gradually dying out.fabulous day very pleased, just like to know how long we can hang onto it.?

Going off the dewpoints on the NAE, we shouldn't see much of a thaw, if at all tomorrow. Then perhaps a slight thaw in the days after. :)

just been for a walk round the village. Absolutely epic. The depth doesn't quite do justice to the sheer persistence of the snow today. It's still pounding down over 12 hours after starting. Is it really going to stop and fizzle out tonight...

Very little snow to report here, just 4hrs of snizzle, skies clearing. I did wonder looking at yesterday's forecasts whether Norfolk would actually get any snow from this. Still, 8in last week, mustn't grumble!

Hi 80s weather, yes we have done really well normally the snow goes from Peterborough - Cambridge and we miss it. Guess our snow shield decided to have a holiday. : )

After more than 12 hours of non-stop snowfall, looks like it's coming to an end, though perhaps some more patchy snow in the next few hours. Today has been fantastic for snow, with 3-4 inches on most surfaces. Really love days like this! :)

10cm total, so about 8cm today. This in quite a sheltered area in rear garden. Out front measurements more 11-12cm.

Plenty of fun had today.

Thanks mate. Yeah glad it fell on a Sunday. Still get feeling we may have more before this winter is out.
