Clear spells developing through the early hours with frost developing and thick freezing fog. Low –1.0c with –3.6c on the grass. The day dawned cold and frosty with freezing fog, visibility <100 yards. The morning to observation has seen the fog thin to mist, still frosty, sunny spells.

Clear intervals with a ground frost last night, this after a short-lived air frost in the late evening.

Rather cloudy and mild today, a few sunny intervals. Light to moderate SSE breeze.

A dry day with lengthy spells of sunshine but also a good deal of thin high cloud. Patches of Sc developed during the second half of the afternoon and made it rather cloudy at times.
