I would say about 3cm here but snowing hard with very strong gusts, minus 0.4 presently. It would be worse if the snow was of the powdery variety however, you wouldn’t want to get caught unprepared up on the hills today, could be very nasty.

Bit of a shame here, it's snowing heavily now but it's all a bit horizontal and none of it is sticking! If it carries on at this rate though it's surely only a matter of time!

Snowing properly at long last but I can see on the radar quite a large drier slot moving north from the Midlands. This is in line with the GFS which has our region dry for the afternoon before the next band moves in for the evening.

Snow very heavy and blowing around. Close to 2 inches in plaices.

Hey Chris. Just seen forcast and bbc northwest says it will stop at 6pm and start again around sat 5am. U seen any different at all ??
