Snow showers started in the early morning and are continuing, An overnight of 3.1c.

All the same snow still lying and drifting, with a fresh covering of around 1.5cm.

snow still lying in back garden about 70% cover but overall cover is below 50%

Snow showers again this morning but with sunny intervals between them. Another 1.5cm of fresh snow which is drifting in the fresh NE wind.

Light snow showers on and off most of the day, with the odd sunny spell, drifting still a big problem with most local B roads and lanes still blocked off with massive drift's, there are now big cornices forming and breaking off. Max temp of 0.8c.

Current Conditions.

Odd light snow shower continuing with the same snow cover, and drifts up to 4m+ in places.

Light snow showers at first this morning but these died out by 0930 and the rest of the day was dry with sunny intervals.

Drifting at first this morning but this had mostly stopped by late afternoon.

Clear intervals and a penetrating frost last night.

Cloud and sunny intervals today, these mainly am, moderate E/ NE breeze. Noticed a very few sleet grains late morning, and then a few flakes driving to Carmarthen. Very cold.
