Variable cloud cover overnight, most of the cloud clearing towards dawn but with a hazy layer of Cs obscuring the sun.

The 25th consecutive air frost last night, the 3rd-longest such spell since I began keeping records 50 years ago and astonishing that it's occurred at this time of year; also the 10th air frost this month which breaks the April record of 9 in 1986 and 1968.

    Currently dry with hazy sunshine.

10.2c with lightbulb sunshine as the next LOW pushes Cirrus in from the SW. The day started with low cloud/mist before pleasant sunshine broke through at around 09.00 giving the warmest morning hours for a long time!
