A cloudy and breezy morning with occasional light showers. A few brief moderate showers this afrernoon with distant thunder to the south east at 1315 g.m.t. All the showers cleared to the east by mid-afternoon and the cloud dispersed during the early evening to allow sunny spells.

Cloudy and rather windy to early afternoon with mainly light rain and drizzle at times. SSW wind veered W/NW early afternoon and it dried up with sunny intervals. Wind backed to SSW again this evening. Cool (very cool indeed early afternoon when the temperature fell to just 9.9c)
