My brothers got a snowstorm wrning for 15-30cm of snow with drifting becoming a problem tonight....hes in denmark of course....ill tell him to send some our way....its the first proper snow theyve had all winter....

Seems to be getting cold here now,,,,mind you i dont want snow just yet as want to beable to take my little boy out in his leg cast as his leg broke the other week, poor thing had major hip reconstruction surgery 6 months ago.

Seems to be getting cold here now,,,,mind you i dont want snow just yet as want to beable to take my little boy out in his leg cast as his leg broke the other week, poor thing had major hip reconstruction surgery 6 months ago.

Oh no poor littleun.... Hope hes on the mend.....since ive been in Glossop ive never seen so many people on crutches and in casts....im guessing its due to a higher occurence of ice around, plus it being hilly....

No my little lad is disabled, he has cerebral palsy. So he doesnt sit or walk at all and had major surgery for a dislocated hip in july and has metal plaates in both hips and legs, weak bones so he was just recovering from his surgery and relaxing on the sofa when i heard it break.

Well thats me finished for hols now , escape minus 15 hours and counting !!!.....

Have a good hol mate 15 week and counting for me lol...so Jelous:)

Not really light now; in fact it's pitch black.Never mind it hopefully will come light tomorrow and no doubt be mild, wet and miserable.

For those who like it the Monthly is updated on Metfy.

 

 Well if correct a big blow for any snow before the 2nd week of Feb,however with all the models flipping

 and flopping FI is around about D7

I'm sure there will be a good chance of something properly wintery in the next two weeks as this tends to happen when the models don't seem to be able to stay to one solution as when the zonal train started they picked it up straight away and stuck with it and we have been stuck there for nearly 2 months now

Wow have a 12 % chance of snow on the 23rd first since I last posted one on the 11th lol

Looks like I've got the same chance of snow today and tomorrow as I have on 1st July and 1st August although maybe a chance of upgrades on them nearer the time.

This weather really is the pits and I disagree with anyone who says that it is just average UK winter fayre, from an IMBY point of view, nothing could be further from the truth.
