No comment.  :nonono:

Pants indeed, miracles can happen though.  :)

I guess I might get lucky. The forecast has been way off the mark here. There was supposed to be 15hrs+ of rain today, in reality, it was dry all through daylight hours and only light drizzly stuff now.

I know those roads well as I head that way often. Main roads will be fine but side roads/dodgy lanes might get a bit hairy. Not sure how much will settle to be honest. Down to nowcasting!

*waits for the pervs overexcited moderators to say something*

I'm going undercover from now on.  But not at your house you see. This thread has been officially hijacked and calm will soon be restored, please check your lamp-posts work an don't get switched off at midnight according to local council procedures. Should this happen, please use your torch in order to determine how many inches are falling.  :bomb:

24 hours away and the suspense is killing us.

Snow depth/accumulations not quite as impressive compared to previous output but nevertheless the signal is still there.

No model will be anywhere near 100% accurate for tomorrow's event anyway, only the lampposts will.

Hands up? Who's going to be awake at say, 03:00am Weds morning?

This is just to show you the 12Z NMM4 precip-type, so don't take it as gospel..

http://1drv.ms/1IlfZhs

The distribution seems a little too far north for my liking!

PS: Excuse the background interference, I was watching the chase.

While the forecast maps this evening will give an idea of the possibilities, only nowcasting via people's reports, radar, temp and dew point will do the trick from around midday tomorrow.

First time this comment has been posted this side of 2014 I'm guessing and I'll vouch for a YES.  :D

Haha I would post more if I didn't have a 20 post limit per day! Stretching back years because I posted a one liner asking if it'd snow.
