I dont think you could have picked much lower than Hull!

Always rains here. I've been here three years and only seen one 10 minute snow event, it's absolutely dire. I've had to go northward towards the North York Moors to see more of the white stuff. It's a shame I wasn't here 6 years ago, Hull recorded 14 inches of snow!

Really tired but don't want to go to sleep and miss any snowflakes falling. They have been few and far between so want to make most of what we get (if anything)

Good luck for the morning to those already seeing the white stuff

Left Leeds City to rain/sleet, walk about 5 minutes northwards out in the direction of Hyde Park, and it quickly turns to heavy snow!

Nice walk home with the unexpected snow falling all around!

This at around only 60-80m, I'd say!

Coming down nicely here and laying so shouldn't be too long till it starts sticking where you are.

Really quite heavy here, and definitely settling on cars already here.

Genuinly amazed that it's falling already down to levels of around 60m!

Makes no sense unless as the low is pivoting cold air is getting dragged around. Leeds may well be on the right side of the rap around with Oldham seeing the colder air later.

Could be an interesting commute in the Leeds area in the morning!

With cold temps already here, quite a few hours of snowfall hopefully ahead of us!
