My fave is Louise Lear, always smiling & can look at the camera without making it obvious shes reading from a script although not seen much of her lately.  Does anybody else have a favourate?

Chris Fawkes for me, though Nina Ridge comes close ....on a regional note we are lucky to have Ian Fergie

Louise Lear is my favourite. Always precise and covers all regions of the country really well.

I know it's not part of the question but my least favourite is actually Carol Kirkwood, I find her forecasts to be inaccurate

Without doubt , number one , now retired, Glasgows own Ian McCaskill, a very clever forecaster, media friendly and very witty. Was always great company. I like Thomasz Schafermaker and John Hammond in the present BBC weather presenters. Sorry to say, Carol kirkwoods pushes no buttons with me, only the one to change channels.

Daniel Corbet is my all time fave!  Loved his lines like "You may be on your way home from Grandma's house and think brrrrr chilly.... Thats the weather.  For Now."     He had so much enthusasm and spark, he was British but presented in the US which probably explains a lot.  He is now in New Zeland, hopefully he will be back on our screens one day.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Corbett

If I could genetically engineer a favourite one from the bbc forecasters I would end up with Ian Mcelwey.

Phillip Avery for me. When he rarely appears, he explains things just right.

Yes, I forgot Philip, he would be in my current top 3 presenters.

John Hammond by far....just comes across as a very likeable and knowledgeable guy on screen. Followed in second place by Helen Willetts.
