Just found this website and had a play around the options on the left of the screen and zoom in and out

Seems accurate enough. Shows Cape, rainfall, storms, temps amongst other stuff

Just about to pop into Asda to get something for me tea, and that's when I looked up at the sky :bomb:

Although personally, I'm not expecting much activity around here, it's nice to see signs like this :good:

Can't say I'm expecting much here as every thing is too far west. Saying that I just got a glance to my south and there's some nice big towering cumulus appearing under blue skies

It's interesting because right now, in South Bristol, sky is full of blue! Maybe something can initiate south of the M4, would be nice! Are the storms forming on a convergence zone?

Runs to go have a look...

Can't see much here. Just a disorganised wall of muck!

You know it hasn't rained in a while when you get that damp smell in the air not sure what it's called anyway showers moving away to the north now so could be a good evening across the Midlands and Wales!

I don't have a great view south from my flat but on my way from work i did see the tops of some fairly impressive cumulus. Fingers crossed.

If there's a chance, I'll take it!

Take a look at sat24.com The show a nice clearance before the channel muck and a few clouds popping up nicely. Tops starting to come into sight now. They look quite impressive. i suspect they will pass to the west of me however i have a great view facing west.

'Petrichor' I think it's called. Lovely smell haha.

Not much happening behind that main clump of activity that's moved north but now lovely warm sunshine so hopefully something more can kick off.

Hopefully :D.

Sky changing here, some cumulus building, feeling more muggy.

My cloud cover has broken up, so it's gone from quite cool with a stiff breeze to warm. Not expecting anything other than the few spots I had.
