A brand new thread for us all to enjoy and to see in our first cold spell of 2018. Today is looking great countrywide so hopefully later on we will be hearing loads of snowy reports from everyone!

PS. I Pm'd a couple of the MODs the other day and no reply so I have just done this myself so hopefully they lock the old thread.:)

My most recent shower transitioned into a heavy snow shower, not too long after it started.

I don't know if that is the colder air infiltrating in? The temperature dropped from 2 to 1 degrees during the shower, so I would assume any further showers would be of snow?

- Gary, I am surprised you have rain. I am only 5 miles east of you.

All quiet here at the minute but a nice big blob of precip in Donegal on the radar.

Guy I know works at Belfast international and they have just received a warning for up to 7cm before teatime so they reckon it’s still on it’s way. We will see.

Fingers crossed Neiller. Having a better shower of snow now. Has just been too light so far.
