Not settling on roads yet, guessing the grounds too warm.

Nice ,I'm from the Gaer originally. Knocked about with the boys in the 80s ..Wolfy ,Diffa ,Mat Davison ,Sid, Wormy ,Gary Didwell..etc etc ..Great bunch of lads..Newports best .Diffa was the mad head though ..Still sees him about .

Literally only in the last hour here tbf mate! Rained to begin with so it's got a lot of work to do to cover up the puddles, but looks like we're in for a good few hours of this

Looking at the forecast we should have snow all day and into tonight.

I was in the sweet spot for the March 1, 2018 snow, where we were cut off by 8ft drifts. It’s not that but it looks like we’ll see snow falling for at least the morning, which will be nice. Snowing steadily just north of Barry right now.

Yep! Met Office forecast gets better by the hour, so here's to hoping Gonna get a few hours sleep as I'm sure checking on it stops it accumulating, ahaha

Same here, let's hope we have a decent covering in a few hours.

Hopefully as it pivots the precipitation will pep up. This should also allow for evaporative cooling which should give a settling on roads

Currently under a very heavy shower, roads totally covered now after snowing moderate for 2 hours.

Beginning to build up on paths. Radar says sleety mix. Dog’s coat shows snow when he just came in from a toilet trip. Looks like, at the very least, a few more hours’ worth will fall. The level of disruption in the morning will be difficult to gauge. Will it be “get on with it snow” or “stay home snow” by then? I’m guessing we’ll try to get on with it if the snow stops falling before the morning rush hour in the far south.

Just woke up as I do at this time lol its snowing which is lovely to see, got a thin covering on most surfaces, struggling to stick to a wet road however.

comming down now just sticking to roads just her garden looks more impressive at this stage but says heavy snow all day until 6 or 7pm on met app so should have a good few cms by then ! Need it to cover now though whilst it at its coldest ….

It'll stick sooner or later, hammering down here and settling everywhere.

About 3cm here so far, it’s going to be a good day!

Snow came at the perfect time, might get snowfall in the day but will be hard to stick to non-snow surfaces so need to get everything covered before the sun comes up
