A good covering around Boxley, Lordswood and Walderslade.

At least in those areas people will learn to ignore what symbols are shown on Apps....looking at the amount of cars parked on verges, some would have been taken by surprise it seems.

Always do well in that neck of the woods.

Shame tonight has diluted into rain though, could have been quite special.

After a period of drizzle back to sleety snow now here. Most of what had fallen has now melted. Edit: full snow now.

Mine diluted into rain at about 8.30am.

Nothing here but drips.

It's too warm unfortunately 😕

Strangely Kent is totally out of the warnings now, yet the latest METO update just went from rain all day from now to snow and sleet till 12 and rain after...

Same here, I'm right on the eastern edge. I could literally walk a couple of miles down the road and be out of it.

Currently wearing my 'not in the least surprised face' as cold rain continues to fall (again)...lost count how many times over the last few Winters news headlines about snow hitting the UK but diddly squat out the window!

Always amazes me how we either get marginal situations or only certain areas are effected...particularly when you look how small the UK is!

Still getting a wintry mix in London under the heavier precipitation. It's quite unusual to see the precipitation constantly switching from rain to snow to rain in seconds.

Roll on spring!

Same thing here.

No warm spring weather in the near future according to the latest runs from Icon and GFS - they look even colder with more snow opportunities.

My met office app has just updated to 5 hours of continuous heavy snow from 12pm. And yet, the fallen snow is now melting and slushy.

It's changing all the time. Pure nowcasting.
