thunder heard in Seaford and the rain is really picking up

Thunder really picking up in Eastbourne got a few  more shots of it

The storm off the coast of Eastbourne and the bexhill storm seem to be rotating around each other, could this result in a possible tornado or land spout/waterspout?

Probably backbuilding / producing daughter cells giving the impression of rotation

The thunder is getting louder, can’t see any lightning tho, the clouds are rotating now

I am heading to Southampton late afternoon so fingers crossed some South Coast activity is available tonight. Currently dreary milky grey skies here in NE Hants: just had about 30 mins of light drizzle.

The skies are clearing from the disappointing decayed leftovers from the morning storms, and there are plenty of towers going up over the mainland. It's looking promising.

We’re are the decaying storms, I’ve got a storm over me right now causing flooding and loud thunder
