I'm not 100 percent but it's definitely in a different location to the one I'm seeing over by the Isle of Wight. I have a couple of bolts from that one.

Could contain:

Nothing else going on on radar, but sat shows something south of Bournemouth currently, not that I'm saying it'll amount to anything

It was seeing it from here but all has gone quiet over the past 10 mins, around 3am the 'proper' stuff was due to have initiated from what the models were suggesting. Still a easterly inflow from where I am nr the Cat and Fiddle.

thank you, dunno if I will be awake at 3am but we will see lol

Does anybody know if the storm over Wrexham is electrically active? Don't know if its worth trying to photograph some distant lightning shots....

Im in Wrexham and yes it’s electrically active but lightning not that frequent. Had some good forks and rumbles so far.

So I got a load of CG's but not a load came up well on camera but I've got about 60 videos to look through.

Just had a flash and rumble from the main batch now.

Pouring here in Folkestone now, loads of lightning and thunder. Looks like it popped off just off the seafront and is on its way over to you

just too far east again....a few very faint distant flashes and rumbles but heading north rather than east...they will probably turn into beasts too
