Forum is slow

It started last week, but it hasn't gotten any better.

Coming to the forum can be very slow, or I get the invision page to say there's a temporary issue.

Clicking threads has gotten very slow and clunky at times as well. This is happening randomly through the day, but it's been happening since last week.

We have a ticket in with Invision about this. Getting them to investigate when they don't see it happening themselves is proving a challenge unfortunately, which is very frustrating. But, we'll get to the bottom of it one way or the other - even if that means moving back to hosting the community on our own servers again, rather than using their managed service.

Just for info, I've had that message come up a few times, but the forum it's self hasn't run slow.

That's unrelated and sounds like a corrupt cookie or similar - if you clear your cookies and cache it should it that out.

I've had it on phone and mobile. I thought it was my wifi on phone so kept swopping to use my data instead!

I've had this too... but only 3 or 4 times which I had put down to the VPN causing the issue or some site maintenance. Otherwise speedwise etc has been fine and no other issues to complain of.
