Pretty Self Explanatory looking at each year from 2010-2019  what was the worst  or most boring season weatherise in those years

2011.  The most boring year out of these.  Apart from April, and the autumn heatwaves, and 4th November.  Seasonwise, this summer was very boring.

2014.  Spring was quite boring that year.  No March snow or may warmth.  Though the drying March was welcome after that winter.

2015.  Relatively boring year.  Summer especially so, apart from 30 June, 1 July and 22 August.  Although, the fact these individual days exceeded 30C meant this year recorded 30C in each summer month is quite notable.. could this point temper the boringness somewhat?

2017 had many boring spells, but interspersed with interesting periods:

Winter 16/17 bland as hell

Spring 2017 I found boring until the last week of may.  Especially April, i recall was very dry, but dull with only average temperatures, dissappointing given how much high pressure there was.  Autumn 2017 was not the most interesting either from memory.

Autumn 2018, after an incredible first 8 months (arguably 7 and a half, ie up until mid august), and December of that year really let the rest of the year down from a weather enthusiast perspective.

Finally, Spring 2019 outside of the Easter period was a bit bland.

If I split this one up into 3 categories, Worst Year, Worst Seasons and Worst Months we have

WORST YEAR - 2015

2015 for me was the worst. Did have the cold zonality and little bit of snow late Jan and early Feb but the rest of the year was poor for me. Was either wet, cloudy or cool (summer) or mild (winter). The worst was November and December 2015, what a mild wet horror show those 2 months were.

2011/12 - Apart from early Feb 2012 the rest of the winter was boring

2013/14 - Mild wet horror show

2015/16 - As 2013/14

2016/17 - Boring as hell

2018/19 - Mild and dry is boring for me. The Feb heatwave did provide some interest though as well as the brief snow events of mid Jan to early Feb

2015 - Boring

2017 - Very unremarkable for me

Summers

2011 - Cool and unremarkable

2012 - Washout

2015 - Washout

Autumns

2011 - Apart from the late Sep/early Oct heatwave the rest was cloudy, mild and boring

2015 - A chilly Sep that gave way to wet and windy as we went through Oct and Nov

2018 - Disappointing after the interesting Jan to early Aug period

Surprised you picked June and September 2015. They were very sunny and dry in my area, revoking the chilly feel

2010 - Every season had some interesting weather so very hard to pick.

Autumn 2011 - Very mild and mundane missed out on most of the heatwave. 

Summer 2012 - Just hope we never experience a summer like that again. Was absolutely dire. June and July were cold and wet and even August it continued unsettled.

Spring 2013 - The cold and dull weather just lasted far too long. Most of the trees didn’t get any colour on them until the start of May. 
 

Autumn 2014 - Boring, dull and mild but with not much rain.

Summer 2015 - Wasn’t a total write off summer but that July was god awful.

Winter 2016 - December and January were depressing although January did bring some snow but it was mostly very dull and bleak. February did redeem in slightly.

Winter 2017 - Another very bleak winter, although January was very sunny that year. There was just very little exciting weather to note.

2018 - Again a year that had some very interesting weather in every aspect season. So very hard to pick.

Spring 2019 - Wasn’t a bad season but March and May were both quite bleak and cold.
