it has been actually quite lovely here for the past few days, I hope it stays similar to this as I could say it *gasp* spring weather

 Bright sunshine this morning, if it lasts, the entire 4 day weekend will have been mainly sunny, shame I've had to work every day of it.

Spent the weekend in North France and the weather was beautiful! Didn't need a jumper and felt quite comfortable in summer clothes. Temperature said 15c but it felt quite a lot warmer! On the crossing back yesterday could see some huge storm clouds building hundreds of miles away so I imagine the lovely heat of the day was feeding into some storms later.

Beautiful convective cloudscapes either side of us in Surbiton while we stay under blue skies and sunshine after a cloudy morning. Husband went to Homebase in Epsom and got drenched, with the line between dry roads and soakng wet ones about a mile south of the A3 at Tolworth.

Another sunny Spring day. Not as warm as yesterday - 14.1C the max - but still feeling very pleasant in the sun. 

A completely different weekend weather-wise to what we were expecting.

Afternoon all, been a fairly decent morning with some sunshine. I should just about get work completed today before the rain arrives!! Temperatures climbing to the weekend but looks quite gusty during the day.

I'm in western France at the moment, and the clouds here have been incredible over the last few days. Here's a storm heading in over Arcachon bay, with huge, pendulous ridges of cloud that looked to me almost like ridged mammatus clouds. Any expert comments?

Was rudely awoken by lightning, thunder and torrential rain at 5am

Raining again (only 10% chance of it on the forecast but who cares about that!?).

 Snow tyre That is a small shelf cloud/gust front in the lower part of the photo. The curved dark lines above the shelf cloud are areas of inflow bands/rising air.

Really quite humid when I stepped out if the house this morning. The wind is warm which struck me!

Disappointed with all the cloud...i was under the impression it would be quite a sunny day today...latest sat not that encouraging in that regard though....

Such a strange day! So warm I walked to the shops in a sleeveless top.
And there's that slightly off white balance, I believe we have the Sahara dust in the atmosphere thing at the moment.

Just about scraped 15c but dropping now back to 14c and cloudy. Doesn't feel that warm here but certainly not cold.

Horrible here - cold, dank and windy.
