    snowing heavy here...big flakes....starting to settle on roofs...has been snowing since 7o clock but has not settled......it is now

    Temps here are 1.6c, due ponit -3.6 the winds are now calm,...strange one that, been gusty all morning, but still from the East. clouds look dark, But the forecasters are right they did say it would all die out this afternoon. Freezing again tonight..-3c to -6c...

    All stopped now . Was heavy about midday, roads are wet , good covering on grass, 6" in some driffting

    Still snowing here, roads are wet but all fields a covered, we had a lull for about 20 minuets, but started to come down Heavy again, getting colder as well, and still a strong wind.

    Oh.....it's really coming down now....after a few hours of swizzle its now really heavy, could a secondary low form i wonder ?? Blowing in the wind really bad now,

    nothing here. not expecting anything. the wind is two strong thats what happened last time.but some dramatic high waves on the coast.

    Getting fed up putting sun glasses on and off, the only consistent thing is the wind, think that's the problem, it's to windy for long spells of snow as its moving the showers through quickly

    wind has really picked up this last fifteen minuets,, no way me going out tonight, heavy snizzle at the moment and its sticking to the cars, the temp is just about above freezing, but that strong wind its something like - 6...want a nice place for a holiday, go to stopathome.

    temp, now 1.3c dew point -0.1, reall got colder this last half hour, big flakes now, settling on my bird table, but ground temps might be a little to high, been better if we had a frost last night

    Just got home from Stanstead to Clacton, A dry run home , did not see a road gritter, and no salt on any roads. Was 3.6 when I left one hour ago, now 2.6c here, dew point is 1.1.

    had my dark coat on about 10 this morning and got covered in grains. nothing since. wind has got stronger but this is keeping the temps.steady
