look at the height of the fissure in the centre of the camera now looks even higher than it did 30 minutes ago - very impressive

the fissures are looking mighty fine this morning

on Mila 2 webcam is that the lava stream all the way to the tip of where you can see over teh crest of the elevated mountain the camera is on ? its certainly made its way across

activity increased again looking at webcams ? might be as getting lower light - but seems quite light there atm - just the lava looks more impressive atm to me

must be fascinating, amazing, if slightly frightening (although if you know your stuff I'm sure risk can be mitigated to near zero) - to be studying there atm I'm rather jealous

whats with these supposed reports of "explosions" heard locally ? or internet gossip ?

I was just looking up trying to visualise 600 odd metres of ice and it's near incomprehensible

ah I can see more clearly what the "height" on the forefront lava is now (I think) I think its the sides of a slope, with the lava flowing down it the "heights" are bits where the lava is flowing down the slope in rivers down to the lava pool at bottom

the glowing lava in front because its getting dark - and can now see it ? and its stuff that has been expelled but then against that - it seems to have some "height" ?

whats that in front on the webcam now ? just lava thats been expelled ?

seems to be 2 distinct "openings" to the left of the main fissure one just to the left and one way to the left - I guess the whole lot will join up soon - and these points are the weakest points ?

wow - Lava getting seriously going now !! its hard to judge scale - obviously the lava is higher than earlier - by some margin but what scale are we looking at - how high do people reckon that is? I can't tell from perspective if sort of height of a house high or a lot higher ?

impressive on the Mila2 cam atm although slightly hard to see atm - seems like its got a bit more active ?

that wobble on webcam is it software stabilisation ? if so would it be better with it off ?

which webcams are you guys looking at - where you are seeing that please ? all I can see is some possible smoke and lots of cloud !
