  2. I'm loving your views on the things!!!! everything you say won't happen, happens you said low levels will only see rain and it's been SNOW So now you are saying "only high levels will see a good covering" JUST CARRY ON....At this rate we'll all be buried :laugh:

  4. Birmingham is at 120m and it snowed today and here in solihull also around the 120m mark you'll never guess!!! IT SNOWED Yes the ECM is SNOW SNOW SNOW but thats next week Looking at the RADAR (snow not rain) popping up in a few places now

  7. Sorry guys realized that after my post, but as to the edited of my post....Edit, that chart above was the 06z... I'm still going for more widespread snowfalll come the morning not just for the north Midlands it will interesting to see what the next run will look like

  12. Morning all, at 9am my temps were 9.2c and now starting to drop currently 8.1c just had heavy rain and very blustery winds.... must of been the back edge of the cold front. Euro 4, NMM's are looking good for snow even Carol Kirkwood mentioned the North, Northwest, Wales and the Midlands will see snow tonight

SNOWFALL all the way.
  15. I still think there's uncertainty for Friday come Saturday, the 18z GFS and the Met office FAX charts are miles apart
  16. Looks like things are looking better regarding Snowfall for parts of the Midlands The 18z GFS is showing more widespread showery activity with a streamer in that strong Northwesterly.
  17. I thought that myself but that was the lunchtime forecast the evening forecast showed a rash of showers for weds evening up til 2300 hrs then the forecast finished

  20. Looking at the Map that snowangel32 kindly posted you've got London and Cardiff at 6c and right out there to the East Norwich at 4c and up North Manchester at 4c. Us in the Midlands don't exist and when they do pan in, Birmingham would be around 3c. As early as tomorrow evening we will see SNOWFALL in the form of showers. Weds night looks good hoping to see a good covering come Thurs morning.
  21. Mild sectors or -2 -3 -4 850's....we are talking 5 to 6 days away yet! come on folks this isn't the Mod thread Grrr Anyway Dew Points always on the negative side and I've know it snow when uppers have been as low as -2 .... Days away yet, ATM we are going in the right direction
