    Totally expected... Same old same old.

    Couldn't agree more.. Can't remember the last time we had some proper deep frontal snow.. Sliders always just miss us.. Anything from the south just stops short of us and most from the east gets stopped by pennines.. In the unlikely event anything substantial gets here it's marginal and rain.

    Looking like the usual frustration on tuesday coming our way.. Not to worry though.. I'm fully used to this by now...I expect the same on Thursday.

    Stunned...just awoken to 2inch of snow and still coming down heavy....were has this come from...I had no idea.

    Enjoyed yesterday and this mornings rare easterly snow here...but not enjoying it now..nothing worse than places south of you getting some proper snow.....is all hope lost now with these fronts from the south..chris fawkes was quite bullish about northwest snow friday......met office app is now barren of snow symbols here right up to monday.

    Chris fawkes dosent seem to think so...he has said the northwest should do ok fri night saturday.

    Freezing rain over north wales, red shading..seems very slow moving that front...maybe sat sun if its going to get here.

    Heavy snow shower now, could do with a few more of these.....im sensing tentative upgrades for the weekend with these fronts coming up from the south.

    Countryfile seemed to go with GFS for thurs fri showed heavy snow moving right up through the country.
