They have now issued a yellow alert for southern and eastern England for Sunday but still no mention of today!

My mum just rang saying the NHS have issued a warning for all hospitals and practices to prepare for rainfall from 5cm - 15cm. o.0

That cell to the SE of reading is breaking a little off the side and that developing and heading towards a direct hit to me

Just brought another radar sub for a year! There is some good thundery active's inside the core of that heavy rain!

I reckon that tomorrow the Low pressure with the bulk of the rain will move up into the south west of England and die down and split up into many showers, some heavy some not. Also the showers along the NW coast will break up during the course of the morning.

Maybe this is good with global warming and a mini ice age at the same time cancel each other out and we get average weather.
that's a great point with a bad side with it.
I wish it was that simple.
Mini ice age will freeze the northern waters.
Then as it dies down (may not be for several years) we will be in the same position.
Although ALOT worse as Ice expands water.
In a 1000 year's time they could be looking back at map's of what the country's looked like before the big ocean eats more land.

just had heavy rain and mixed hail with gusting wind. Saw some scud. All on video the next cell looks amazing

I would consider keep on going down 64 to beryl
Then think of taking side roads from there. Not too sure really
Storms are forming to the north west, But will be moving south during the day.
would say go north but you may miss it all.
I would stop at beryl and consider your plan
