Is that the trial for the new attempted forum or software? sounds like something's in the pipeline for here

There's a review underway / options appraisal about the forum software @NUTand where we are headed more generally... So that supercedes the idea of fiddling with this invision board just now.

Beautiful day. 16.4°C the sun splitting the sky and my first guests to the house this year. Marv.

    Morning all

@shuggee risk of frosts continues right through until next weekend (current output) - must be a new all time record approaching for you. (Total number of recorded air frosts - not sure what period you cover? Just Winter and Spring or all seasons combined?)

I've only lived in this spot for four winters, so don't have a long term record. But after last night's -7.7C it's at fifty eight now starting on 24 Sep 2020, as it's a "frost season" that I'm interested in. The snow day count is winter/spring though - not least because we haven't had a snow day in autumn in that timeframe!

Decent day but not a huge amount of sun. Pleasant though at about 15c with that stiff breeze finally easing off! Charts appear to be showing something potentially wintry after Easter. Not unusual for the time of year (I'm ignoring charts showing -20c 850's over Scotland for now ) but got me thinking back to April 2018. A good few days for many on the thread. Great fun reading back through the posts

I particularly remember this day as I had to check how to apply the 9am criteria for declaring a met office standard 'snow day', and the consensus was it was 9am GMT so actually 10am BST.
