Lovely to watch Sundays display and view some cracking photos
I am keeping an eye on the rotation of the display and with last nights sightings in British columbia, confirming its pace. it should next be over the uk by Fri/Sat (30-06-2023)
Still awaiting the latest NOAA 21 images to be published to gauge whether the mass is still in depletion, but sightings over Alaska tonight would be an encouraging sign and show the of the rotation
I`m awaiting an ebay delivery on Sat 01-07-2023, so again, i would not bet against a display on Friday/Sat

Just an observation from the latest NOAA 21
The number of clouds observed has fallen over the past couple of days from 1698 to 1542This indicates to me a depletion of the cloud mass over the pole, hopefully just a trend and not something more long lasting with the Sun being so angry at present;
worth monitoring

Petty sure full clouds is going to play its part for the coming evening/ morning.
as i mentioned earlier were back on rotation for the 5 days since the last positive sightings
OSWIN & Capel Dewi showing
and looking at the radars , and comparing them to my personal images, they are looking very similar to the ones 5 days ago

Fair few here
Just checked them all as close as could be inspected. without downloading the link
Sill not sure
Mega contrast applied to all of the images and a bucket load of saturation is all that i am seeing

Certainly something at least! Shame there's been nothing strong here
Difficult to tell without being able to zoom in, it does look like its a high contrast image though
I'm surprised that a Moscow display hasn't been mentioned in the German forum, which they regularly show displays from different countries

Not sure there was a NLC display in Russia just that the camera applied ultra high contrast to the live image which soon became obvious in the frames after.
Its certainly a trend on most of the cams on starvisor
Unless there is footage from another source from Russia from another cam that i haven't seen

We``ll were half way through the season .. and with Solstice night so close to having a negative sightings record for it`s not going to be memorial to many
Looks cloudy for most, and 5 nights ago there were no sighting for the UK ( probably due to cloud cover ) ...but it is mid June
Good luck to all for the remains of the season

Can see the convergence here on this timelapse, especially near the top of the video.
I wont be surprised if there weren't a few funnels spotted around these parts

Torrential downpour over Halesowen, this is how it looks from here. Wonder if you would have a nice view of it
Stayed above 20°C despite light - moderate rain here last 10 minutes. Very humid.
Halesowen is just behind me but cell to the North of the city, which looks to be rotating on radar, is more photogenic atm

Have just walked into work (after waiting out the heavy downpour) and it is classic sultry thunderstorm weather out there- brings back memories of summer hols when I was a kid. I've noticed that the precipitation that is forming is hardly moving on the radar so far, so could be some flooding risks.
looks like were trying to keep these cells for ourselves , I'm seeing clouds that have already been around once

Not spotted anything, 2.45am and too much cloud hindering, a few small gaps.
Fully clouded over by 01.00 but stuck around and kept an eye out on the webcams - no avail to my old eyes
So far, there only been a couple of reports for a quick faint and very low display around 02.00 from Germany
One of them being from the Flensburg cam
To which I've checked by scrolling back on the live cam .. which looks valid

I remember that Mr Poolshark
Me and the missus turned the telly and the lights off, and watched in ore at the constant flashes and cloud crawlers
You coudn`t stop talking about it for ages
