    Light to Moderate snow shower just past with a very light sprinkling of snow on cars, roofs and grass. Nothing to report all of last week either apart from 1cm dusting like covering on the Thursday wooopeee what a good cold spell that was. Matt

    Big thunder storm here. Loud thunder. Heavy rain and gusty winds.

    Some very low hanging clouds about and odd rumbles of thunder. Moderate rain at the moment. Had a few close strikes. I cant see anything severe happening. Matt

    Had a decent storm here lahst night at about 2 or 3am. Some big rumbles of thunder and heavy rain.

    Just had 2 other storms. Some very loud thunder. Hail and gusty winds.

    Just had a big storm. Gusty winds, constant loud thunder and hail. Lasted about 15 minutes.

    Big storm here. Dark. Very heavy rain and quite a few flashes of lightning. VERY NICE!

    Just had a massive storm with torrential rain and loud thunder/lightning hear in Cambridgeshire. Lasted about 30 mins. It went really dark, you could feel the power!! Matt

    Some fine storms hear in Cambridgeshire today, infact, first real storms of the year. The first hit at around 3:20, some extremeley heavy rain and hail with very loud, frequent thunder and some sky lightning. Lasted for about 15 minutes, but another large cloud followed which brought a further heavy downpour and a few rumbles, but not as extensive as the first. A great day hear, Very happy, THANKYOU WEATHER!! Matt

    :shock: lol i have just had about 4 inches and its still snowing! I'm in Cambridgeshire, never, never expected this! They said Norfolk only , on the bbc forcast. They havn't got a clue! :lol:

    I'm in Camrbidgeshire, and its been a complete whiteout for about an hour now. Really, really heavy snow, about 4 to5 inches in some spots. Still a complete white out! superb! absalutely stunning! best snow i think i'v ever seen! lol i dont know where all of its come from, the radar dosn't pick it up too well, i cant beleive it! roll it in!. Had about 3cm in the night, earlier!! its just all settleing, every single flake! Matt

    Just had a very heavy snow shower hear in Cambridgeshire, snow is now on the ground, a light sprinkeling. Cloudy again.... The snow showers are coming in off the Wash, i might be in for a good night :!: Matt

    Rain and sleety showers hear in Cambridgeshire this morning. Very cold and windy outside. I expect some snow showers tonight if i'm lucky. The winds a North Easterly so they should be blown down the Wash. Matt

    Hi Matt, I read with interest your snow report for Cambridgeshire.. Where abouts are you in Cambs as I'm in South West Cambs, close to the Beds border (16 miles from Cambridge) and we only got an inch Not sure if we're due for any more, any thoughts..? Im in South East Cambridgeshire mate, the levels of snow varied in different parts of cambridgeshire. I got quite a bit more snow than expected 3 inches, very good night !

    We have gad around 3 to 4 inches hear in Cambridgeshire, very good night. More snow to come perhaps for this afternoon, its turned cloudy. Alot of roads were blocked. Matt

    Hear the rain arrived at exactly midnight, was very very sleety. There were large flakes of snow mixed in with all of it. The rain then took over, but it snowed heavily at around 4 this morning, and its been sleeting ever since... Matt

    Light sleet and snow hear at the moment, was snowing heavier in the early hours. None of it has settled. Turning more and more to light rain as i write, very good though considering THE BBC SAID WE WOULD HAVE A FROST THIS MORNING AND IT WOULD BE A BRIGHT DAY! they havn't got a CLUE, Matt

    Heavy hail, sleet AND snow shower hear in cambridgeshire last night at about 10:45pm. Very heavy indeed, lasted about 10 mins... Matt

    We've had a light dusting of snow hear in east cambridgeshire, it snowed quite heavily at 1:30am last night for a short period, but nothing since apart from clear skies and the snow clouds further east... Matt

    Last night saw quite a bit of UNPREDICTED rain for east anglia and the south east, the rain band perked up a bit when it reached us. But anyway, its quite a cool day with quite a few clouds building. Highs of around 14C, in light winds.

    well, it is very calm and cloudy hear in cambridgeshire with some sunshine jus about breaking through, it is very hazy. Expecting some rain tomorrow though Matt
