Snow had stopped there for 15 mins. Thought that was the end of it but its started to get heavy again. Is anydody else getting snow yet??

Have loads more pics but they are to big to put up and i couldn't be bothered down sizing them. Snowing very lightly here again so i think we have got our lot. Really pleased with it. Thats 6 snow falls this winter so far that have lay. :o

Yeah but because the light stuff was falling for so long it left a slushy base and now it is lying ontop of that. Wind has picked up a bit to.

Finally the heavier snow is starting and settling on all surfaces. Will get some pics up soon.

4 hours its been snowing now. Wish it had of been heavier. Could have ended up with a decent amount of snow if it had of been. The heavier band seems to be very slow moving.

Finally the slightly heavier stuff is moving in. Grass starting to go white now. I'd be happy iff i got a cm or 2. Not much to ask for like. lol

Yes Shrike it is pretty weak. Nothing to get exited about at all but it is snow that is falling here and its making the ground pretty wet.

Think u'll be fine. Think everyone along the north cost could do ok later. I'm at 95m. Snow has kind of fizzled a bit now but at least it gives me hopes for tonight. Don't think the lamp post outside my house has ever had anybody stare at it as much before

Been snowing steady here for the past 45 minutes. Its pretty light but the flakes are staedily getting bigger.

There has been light snow in Derry for the past half hour. Really hope we get a covering tonight. Snow starting to get heavier now!! Its going to be an interesting night!!

Cheers for that shrike. It has in the past 10 mins got a bit heavier. I should have been in my bed but think i'll do a bit more lamp post watching for another while. The stuff thats falling now is really blowing around. Temp must have risen a bit to as all the hail that was lying earlier has mostly melted.

This is frying my head now. Theres been really really light snow for the past half hour. Just wish the proper stuff would hurry up and move in.

I'm actually off work tomorrow and heading up to Lough Muck in Omagh for one of our winter pike fishing competitions. Its gonna be a cold one but us hardy fishermen be out in all types of weather . Its actually not going to be a bad day tomorrow. Will probably head to the glenshane of saturday with the dog.
