Thats the third time i have heard january being named as the start of winter. That programme ( will it snow) morrisons forcasters said they expect december to have snow showers and the main event after xmas. Also heard it from tesco aswell, they have been told to put out anti freeze and extra salt after xmas.

Thought it was on the chilly side last night at sherdey park but the beeb said it was 8oc. Thought it was colder. Its quite cold now actually. I bet you all never thought we would be at this temp now eh lol

Well that was a shock to the system. Just been the shop and all the cars are white from a hard frost. Dunno what the temps are but must be at least -2 out there. Been a bit foggy last night aswell. A few strange things goin on aswell. Our garden path was bone dry last night and now half is wet presumably from the fog and half is bone dry. That 528 DAM line came over us last night but it really is amazing how the temps drop like a stone when they do. 13 degrees night before last down to -2 last night. :cc_confused:
