    Of course, the storm missed us ever so slightly. Still, I saw lightning and thunder, but I'm sure all of the people from Chesterfield in this thread are sick of being teased like this.

    A possible supercell in September 2006 or so. I seem to remember it dropping a tornado in my area, with quite a few trees falling on fences next door. There was constant lightning and torrential rain too. Maybe we'll see one like it again.

    A maximum temperature of 30°C was reached here today, with us now sitting at 28°C. If only the cell that originated near Sheffield had been a few miles further west and this would have been the perfect day. Still, there's still time for something to fire up, and I'm not complaining about this weather.

    A nice high of 27.1°C was reached here today with constant sunshine. It's still 26.5°C as well.

    A lovely 27.1°C was reached here today, with constant sunshine and barely a cloud in the sky. It's currently 26.7°C and I'm waiting for it to cool off a little so I can take the dog for a walk. However, it does look like it'll be a little cooler here tomorrow, with temperatures only reaching around 25°C. I'm not complaining though!

    Well, it looks like another snowy twelve or so hours here. This has been an amazing event.

    The snow has all but stopped now, it'd be nice to get more overnight but it'll likely melt tomorrow anyway, and we've done well enough with around 10cm. Good luck to those who are still searching for snow!
