Well it looks like our risk of snow has all but gone now for the weekend
, does anybody know of any good cam links to this snow storm in north east america ? Wish i was there so much just want to imagine im there. -
Can anyone see the chances of snow for us tomorow ?, looking at the snow risk maps there seems to be a good risk of some snow tomorrow but im just an amateur so someone can say for sure. All this talk about sun/mon event and we arent even talking about whats happening in the shorter timeframe.

Ian ferguson just mentioned they are considering a separate warning for parts of the south west and south wales tomorrow for snow 2-5cm possible, surely a good sign ?

Must admit was the best snow I have seen around here yesterday didnt want it to end. Back to the normal welsh weather soon then, im hoping we can all see some more snow events before winters end here in wales

Woah intensifying on the radar nnw of Exeter area , heading Swansea way in a few hours , if that retains its level of intensity and builds then will be mayhem just before the match !!!
I'm using rain today .
Any pros feel free to correct me ?

iv also been watching this im quite worried as it is a complete whiteout and doesnt look like stopping for hours where the hell did this come from im in snow heaven

im still hoping to go out for a meal tonight with the mrs and watch the swans, does any one know whether the game is on or off? cannot find any information anywhere?

i think swansea and llanelli areas are going to do well out of this getting even heavier now this is mental, i onestly thought this was for east wales and none for us.

huge flakes up here and coming down at a rapid pace, dont think ive ever seen snow like this not where i was in 2010 anyway, this warning should be updated and soon imo if this keeps up.
p.s - has a streamer ever set up like this before ?

The jackone streamer comes from the nnw I believe , so this one you could call a reverse jackone streamer as its opposite ish direction if flow , or perhaps the Swansea bay streamer ?
We will have to have a suggestion of names?, whatever its called im loving it, let it snow let it snow let it snow, im going out for a dance in it now

Oh how the table has turned, normaly it's me up here on the edge of the beacons talking od snow whilst Swansea has rain, today it's been us with light patchy flurries with some heavy bursts but nothing to write home about, and Swansea having a pasting, anybody think I may just have a little bit of nice stuff out of this Bristol channel band? I'm starting to get envious and annoyed at you Jacks
No need to be envious of us jacks everywhere around us normally gets the pastings as you say lol, its our turn hopefully if it keeps up

Light snow has just started here again, this band just seems to be growing...
Agreed if it keeps growing it should be an amber at least going to get nasty soon, the band or streamer seems to be getting constant energy pushing it in its current track? or am i wrong?

i was just going to ask if this was a streamer, if this lasts till 8 then theres going to be a few more inches its getting heavier all time its great
, what streamer is it?, any chance that ppn over ireland will make inroads as well or am i getting greedy? -
The PPN now leaving SW England heading into as Wales...another 2 maybe 3 hours of snow?
The ppn seems to be intensifying quite a bit over the channel could get interesting and whats that ppn doing by ireland ?

Looking at the radar the showers are fizzling then intensifying? Seems strange any way starting to snow again here sky looks full of it.

So much snow, ~7 inches Friday, 3-4 inches yesterday night and another 2-3 inches or so last night. Not much thaw either so must be close to a foot of snow out there now, definitely a foot or more further up the mountain by the house. About as much snow I can ever remember see lying.
Wind was really howling last night too blowing the snow everywhere.

i think its great started here again too, maybe it will keep expanding and that front further west will join it creating a massive dump for western wales? lol made most of that up so dont think theres any logic in it haha

snap lovely got a few pics from 4am wasnt expecting a covering to be onest, how come marcus had 5-6 ? and apparently some other places had hardly anything weird not complaining though will upload pics later, hoping these showers can hit us as well

Thanks guys il check them links out, goin to have to go out there one day to experience a proper blizzard, and i agree im so jeolous of the lucky buggers, could make hell of a snowman out of all that snow lol
