  1. Good chance for storms now looking at things, now all I need is for this area of rain to move out of the damn way..
  2. Dark sky here with showers passing through, nice unstable look to it. All I need now is some ground heating.
  3. Aye, looks like the northwest will be in for a soaking soon.
  4. Bud dust? Aye loads of that here too from all the trees, sticky as well.
  5. Good, that cell that generated lightning over Cumbria has moved out of range so maybe I'll see some development soon now that its cold outflow isnt killing everything.
  6. I can't believe this cluster of clouds where I am have not electrified yet based on the intensity of the rain and wind in the one that just passed over me, sooner or later something has to give..
  7. More to come for Wales and the west as the night wears on.
  8. Heavy rain and very gusty winds here now, saw this cloud produce a few flashes as it moved in.
  9. Anyone under that new development over Wales? Not seeing any strikes from it yet but it's only a matter of time.
  10. Look at that area over Spain and France which that system heading for the south is connected to.
  11. Gonna be keeping my eyes open tonight, might even pull an all nighter since I'm up early tomorrow anyway. I get the feeling a storm could break out here at any moment, it is so warm and humid it's like breathing soup.
  12. Yeah I've been asking about that for a while now if anyone here is under it but I get drowned out from the noise of all the action down south.
  13. That area in the northeast looks quite nasty now, anyone here under that?
  14. Can see your storm on the radar, some nice precip going on in there.
  15. These storms must have strong down drafts to be lowering the temperatures like that.
  16. Seems that frontal system is triggering a few storms in the north now as it moves through.
  17. They may not hit yorkshire at all but they will head in that direction so it's possible you'll catch one as they move through, assuming they don't dissipate beforehand. That's what happened to me yesterday, massive storm area was heading right for me then it suddenly died about 20 miles to the south.
  18. No those will likely move in in the yorkshire direction, it is possible that some storms currently over / forming over north wales and the irish sea may make their way over, however. Edit: Nvm posted ebfore you edited.
  19. You're right, you are becoming a baby bore Cognratulations anyway!
  20. Tsar Bomba o.O Not optimistic for my area today but that layer of haze has developed a few breaks over the last couple of hours which may allow some ground heating to get going, there's always the hope for something trundling up from wales too, lets see..

    Wow

What else can I say, these double strength ibuprofen are amazing. Did my back in yesterday which hurt like hell and got these today, take just one and like *poof* pain gone.
  22. If you can see the CB itself then the lightning is probably hidden inside a rain band falling from it, a lot of it may also be internal which you usually can't see in the daylight.
