Heavy snow right now, didnt expect it tbh. Been snowing nearly all day, shame its not settling. Although on icy surfaces it is. -
We've had a few heavy snow showers today which I didnt expect. Currently it is snowing with the biggest chunks of snow so far this winter. Must be quite marginal.

Looks as if its snowing here, don't think its sleet. Its only just started.

I didn't even know we had a chance for snow again, and then I check the radar. Looks as though some of that precip may hit me. I was waiting for the South Westerlies to begin tbh. Kind of jealous of those in Central areas, looks like they have it good, from looking at the news!

Small flakes are falling at the moment, nice suprise!

The minor roads are bad, and the main roads werent too bad. But remember this was this afternoon. Small covering of snow on the main road outside which is going to freeze over. Its still snowing as well.

Looking at the radar, it looks as if it's intensifying around us again. I wonder how much longer we can keep this going?

I dont get it, RainToday does not really show much over me yet its still snowing fairly well.

I think we've still done fairly well, it's still snowing as well, and according to the radar it shouldn't be. Not sure how much we've had overall as I haven't been able to find a ruler anywhere, lol.

Slightly bigger flakes appearing now, or it is maybe just wishfulthinking. Looking at the SE thread, seems as though Croydon are getting it good. Still think we may get in on the heavier action, or thats what im hoping anyway

Just looking at the Raintoday radar, it looks like everywhere around me has dark oranges and im still in the yellow precip!! Need a little shift West, heres hoping !!

Falling moderately now, still small flakes though. Hoping for a bit more of the heavy stuff before it starts fizzling out

Am I too far North and West for the heavy precip to reach me? Probably had an additional 2-3 cm so far...

I want to see some heavy snow falling, that is the best part ! Still light though, guess the heavy stuff will be further N & E of here.

Well, if that came off, we'd be looking at some very healthy accumulations come Monday! Hopefully some snow showers to come tommorow too, if we're lucky.

Does that band of precip look like its slight intensifying as it moves northwards through London? I could be imagining this though, lol ! Looking forward to Sunday now, bring it on!
