    Wow, a breezy night indeed! This was the first gale experienced In my first home, wasn’t entirely sure if it was normal to feel the place vibrating. Judging by the posts in this forum, thankfully my place wasn’t alone in getting the shakes! Still as anything out out there now!

    Calling it a bust here. No storms, just a bit of heavy rain, which has since subsided.

    It's been shockingly awful storm wise here in Worthing. Just a bit of rain last night. Expecting nothing here today, tomorrow, or any time in the foreseeable future, storm wise. Though I did go to Brighton last night and saw a few flashes over the channel!

    Just cos you're not in the met office yellow, doesn't mean you won't see a storm. July 2014 is a prime example. of this for me in Worthing. No storm forecast, ended up taking a beating, and was one of the best storms I'll ever witness.

    It's already 24-25c in Worthing, but it doesn't feel like it. In fact, it's seems cooler and more bearable than days gone by. Bring on the heavy rain later

    It's not looking bad if the AROME is to be believed. There's a bit of activity in the channel and over France heading towards the south coast.

    Being on the west Sussex coast, the AROME model is my bae at the moment. Going to hope for a decent light show at least!
