Didn't Carl Sagan and other scientist work out that actually, the chance of intelligent life existing on other planets is a lot higher than we think. In fact in my opinion I think it's incredibly arrogant to believe that we are THE only humanoid type life in the whole of the universe. Secondly if UFO's do exist and they are being covered up, what's the point? I don't think there would be the mass panic everyone thinks there would be. Also if such life was hostile, I'm pretty sure they would have destroyed us by now, get 'em while their weak after all. Thirdly if my memory serves me correctly the British MOD have admitted their pilots have experienced flying objects that outpace even our fastest jets and that they have no idea what they were.

As far as I'm aware that area is well overdue for a large earthquake.

Literally got a little bit of every cloud in the sky. It keeps threatening to rain, but I think it's all mouth and no trousers.

Got some grey looking cumulus building up with a few rain clouds behind. Will it drop any rain? Should I go water my vegetable patch? that is the question.

Nothing but beautiful blue skies here and it's hot and windy. How accurate are IOW and Blitzortung? I often see lightening strikes on there that are almost exactly over my location, but all you have to do is look outside to know that's impossible.

Just had a look on the BBC website based on all of you are saying you have storms. Not one of those locations says anything about a storm, or rain even. That website couldn't be more wrong.

Ah yes thanks. They are the whiter clouds in the foreground of this picture. They came flying over at a fast pace with a blanket of rain clouds earlier. Why exactly do they form?

OK, I have a question: When you get rain clouds that blanket the sky sometimes you get these more light coloured looking small wispy clouds that look like they are much lower than the main mass of clouds. What are they and what do they mean. I can upload a picture if anyone has trouble understanding what I mean.
