  1. Well the radar shows the bulk of the rain presently over the other side of the channel, however to the north around Norfolk there seems to be a very heavy batch which has moved in from the north sea which seems to be moving to my north.
  2. For goodness sake can we all calm down and not turn this into a micro model thread as the SE Regional thread has always been a friendly happy place to post. If we refer to to MKsnowangel opening post when we started Spring it said the following: http://forum.netweather.tv/topic/79592-south-east-england-east-anglia-regional-weather-discussion-010314/?p=2940613 After a lovely day yesterday with nice sunshine it's rather cloudy this morning although the blossom on the apple tree has started to come out which looks lovely against the dark sky, the temperature stands at 8.4c which is much warmer that yesterday morning. I must going have a look at the radar to see where this rain is situated and if I am going to get wet this afternoon.
  3. Oh dear sorry to hear that Reefseeker, are you sure it wasn't a bad current rather than a rouge raisinhttp:////d321955.r.worldssl.net/forum//public/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.png . Sunny intervals here with a temperature of 13.3c
  4. Well the latest updated temperature for here courtesy of the BBC web site show a maximum temperature of 12c for Good Friday so no heatwave at present
  5. Daniel, it has been the same here and after gardening washing cars think I will do the same
  6. We appear to have gone from clear skys to mist and that is holding back the temperature to a reported 9.8c at the local met office station.
  7. I tell you, Tom was in training for six months ready for the snow depth cup this winter. I must renew my membership to the Netweather gym when my legs allow me to walk to the post box
  8. Look East iplayer catch up page can be found here. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006mj5w
  9. Clap of thunder and very heavy rain for about ten minutes, not a bad day with hail earlier and an easterly wind all the way from the TOD area
  10. JP, I need to ask a question, many years ago I visited a finance company (for work) called Lombard Tricity Finance and I am sure it was in London. Having noticed you location signature could it have been in your neck of the woods? 5.6c here and dark PS I have increased the width of the columns for next years snow cup
  11. Well I have some heavy rain which may have started as snow a few thousand feet up
  12. Well AS your up to five points you need to play your joker and agree with your every word on there
  13. Daniel I agree with your comments and we have to accept the changes however maybe a couple of days warning would help. Glad to see that we don't have negative posts as we know where that went in the model thread last time. Lovely day here with the sun staying out longer than expected.
  14. Beware that if you vote for a post in error you can't reverse and it also appears that you have no idea who has voted for the post, shame things have to be changed
  15. Thanks John, hope that roof has now been fixed and you have a sun tan for your hard work
  16. My goodness you know how to live in the lost souls of two regions with four hens stuck in a cupboard I keep having to remind myself that at this time last year we were all looking out the window hoping for warmer weather and white stuff kept falling from the sky whilst mowing the grass this afternoon in a T shirt.
  17. Down to 2.3c this morning although now the sun is getting up earlier the temperature won't take very long to start rising. Abruzzi, I was also under the impression that this was a regional weather related forum however as the weeks have gone by I am not so sure which is a great shame.
