    This amount of rain seems to remind me of the Easter Floods of 1998 on the River Ouse, would anyone be able to point me in the direction of archive maps going back to around that time. The set up is probably rather different however I seem to remember very heavy rain all day with thunderstorms. thanks

    Supacell, I do hope so as I noticed with my limited knowledge there appears to be trough line on the fax charts for around that time. The BBC forecast also mentions a few isolated heavy showers. Chris

    First of all sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place. On the present skin I don't seem to have a button that allows you to go straight to the top of the thread. Maybe I need to change my settings although this was there when I was using the Christmas skin until it was removed. thanks Chris
