    This weather is rather unpleasant, for those who wanted colder weather. 8-10C. Biting Northerly airflow with showers persistant down the East Coast. I'd rather it stay mild for the time being a few weeks down the line things would be more interesting. This in-between cold and mild is rather horrid. I wouldn't mind a Southerly flow for one last time over the next week showing in the models, before a plunge into winter as we start November!

    Yuck. Cold and sore throat so a day off work today, very glad i'm inside. Weather Station showing 10.8c. Wind 19mph NW, Gusting 30mph. BRRRR

    Northern areas could see a frost perhaps by dawn tomorrow, into the single digits and close to 3c/4c in some spots, i guess the nagging brisk wind would play a part in it staying frost free!

    Heavy Wintry showers over high ground tomorrow in Scotland. Mountain ranges it will be snow and quite heavy given the forecasts below. Windy too! A day for watching the Nevis Cam. From a jealous southerner!

    Usually Around about now. Clear cold nights after cool fresh days. Autumn frosts with foggy starts. Lovely dewy weather!

    A foggy start again here this morning. Fog lifted late morning and low cloud lifted around midday a sunny and warm afternoon. Temperature of 17.5c recorded. Wind 6mph SW. A cloudier end to the day in the shire!

    Got to love the consistent inconsistency of the individual CFS runs Interesting model runs again today with Strong Northern Blocking showing up. That cold to the Ne will aid Eurasian Snowcover which is already doing well! Foggy and chilly days with a fresh feeling after this weekend. Though cold rain as cold and unsettled weather moves in from the east to end the week. Something a bit more seasonal I suppose!

    A chilly start with an overnight low of 6.1c. Fog patches first thing soon lifting to leave a sunny day with long clear spells. Top Temp of 18.9c. Wind coming from the SW at 6mph. Now 10.2c and falling under starlight skies!

    Evening all! Had to go to work today so was up to see the beautiful sunrise with thick fog in places, managed to take a few photos. Was a lovely fresh autumnal morning, later in the day that sunehine felt warm and we were spoiled with another super sunset! Hope you all had a good un!

    Foggy start here, but fog slowly beginning to lift here. Temperature down to 8.2c. The frost hollow which is RAF Benson is recording 4c currently Have a great Sunday peeps!

    A rather muggy day here. Sunny spells developing through the day though heavy showers around midday drier thereafter. Winds have now eased. 2mph SW. Top Temp of 19.9c today!
