    So annoyed! I was in work (at the karate school behind the Olton Tavern), and could see all these parents bringing their kids in covered in snowflakes but was too busy to step outside. And when I finally did it had all stopped. Just got home to Knowle and barely a flake on the grass anywhere here... ?

    Well, we’re now showing 6 hours of heavy snow with the MetO, followed by 2 hours of light snow. Could do with it being 24hrs later really as it’s our bin day tomorrow, and they sooooo need emptying, which they won’t be if that lot comes off! ?

    Syed, I think your software might be playing up. It keeps posting your messages under your name not in the main message part.... well, just drove through Solihull in a downpour of wet snow, but stopped dead now with nothing to show for it.

    You’d think, and yet the MetO has upgraded to heavy snow now! ? (Although frankly I’d like it to go away now until Christmas week, so I don’t have to keep worrying about keeping our business open)

    Proper flakes falling again here now. If this is the beginning of the heavy snow forecast for 10pm onwards then I’m impressed with the MetO’s timings!
